Eco Energy (and a nice font)

'Clean' energy generation is a worldwide hot topic.

New Zealand (known for its 'no nukes' policy) is now discussing Nuclear Energy, which would have been unthinkable even 5 years ago.

I found this article about a solar generation facility in Spain that if nothing else would give you a great tan.

I like it, but not as much as the Evergreen font by Greenprint.

I need these shoes.

It may stop me looking like a white man on the dancefloor.

Its been a while

Thought I had better put finger to keyboard to point out that I am in fact a terrible blogger, more than likely because I never actually write anything.

No changes in my happy household. Le petite monsuir is still very happy most of the time unless he isn't, in which case he's not.

Have been slowly winding up wedding plans so for all those out there in the 'online community' that actually read this you should look out for an heads up soon.

And thats pretty much it.

Starshun is much more interesting really.

The first smile

Finn gave us the first proper smile today. Unfortunatly I was at work at the time, but its nice to know that he thinks his mum looks funny and had a chuckle.

He hasn't changed and is still very cute, new photo to prove it on Flickr.

Commonwealth Games time

It's rare that it sit down to TV during the day to watch television.

It's even rarer that I'll sit down to watch sport.

So why am I completly happy to sit down and watch the commonwealth games for days on end, and still want to watch more. Is it that sense of pride in one's country, or the desire to watch someone win and others not.

Gotta go, the marathon is about to finish.

Routine

I'm a big fan of routine, I like to know whats gonna happen.

I'm trying to encourage Finn that routine, (read: sleeping on demand) is the most efficient way for this family unit to function.

He has other ideas, but is slowly coming around.
